   My Christmas atmosphere got ruined by a stuff, old lady with short hair in blue shirt on 24/12/2023. I was shopping for deco & bed for Christmas with my family. was browsing while my two kids playing Tic Tac Toe blocks on One of store couch, wife was taking care of them. This lady came to my family multiple times, pretended offering “helps” but kept reminding my family the items my children touched were for display, she also followed my kids closely and re organising bedings that touched by my kids. I wasn't aware her behavior until been pulled out the store by wife and told what's happened. I was shocked for her offensive behaviors, my kids are tidy and clean and they've educated never mess up public space. I was also sad for experience this from one of my favorite store and especially in New Zealand. I want to let people know this is totally unacceptable!

   I purchased a king single lift up bed 7 months ago. I noticed big rips and gouges in the wood where the frame had not been assembled correctly and the bolts by the gas cylinders have left black marks on some of my clothes including a $500 Kathmandu jacket which is ruined. I contacted staff and took pictures they refused to come and even have a look said it wasnt stuctural so they are not going to do anything. I have spent quite a bit of money in that shop but will not return. Staff very unhelpful and unwilling. Very poor customer service. Buyers beware.
