   Extremely prompt service. The chair was perfect. Arrived within days of ordering, and considering it's Christmas time, I was very impressed at the speed. The chair is exactly as advertised in the photos. It's comfortable, stylish and practical. I love the swivel.    Great company to purchase from, i brought a new dining set and unfortunately the base arrived damaged. The team were great, I let them know straight away and they had a replacement to me within days. Communication was very quick. The replacement was also damaged , I let the team know and the next day the replacement was here and thankfully this one was perfect. I hope this makes people feel that if anything happens with your items, that victors will take care of you. I love my new dining set, amazing quality and it looks amazing !!!

It was so great seeing the items on display in store and then even better that they had them in stock and we were able to pick up straight away (no waiting on stock to come in or be transferred like we found at other stores).

   Great product even better service, we ordered a bed on the Friday was with us Tuesday. The bed was a flat-pack that required assembling, instructions were simple to follow, all components were both clearly marked and importantly all there! Good on you Victor!!
