   We are usually never late to lessons. However, because the schedule keeps changing every 2-3 weeks — sometimes due to the teacher not being available, sometimes because another student wants the time slot — it becomes very confusing. My child’s usual lesson was Saturday at 3:45 pm, but this week it was moved again to Wednesday at 3:30 pm. With the constant shifting, I arrived at 3:50 pm and my child only got a 10-minute lesson. We pay for every minute, and this lack of consistency and professionalism is very disappointing. I have been patient and willing to follow the changes, but it is not acceptable to keep moving our time. If the schedule can finally be managed properly, I will update this review. If not, it only proves what many others have already said about this place.

   Good central location in botany, east auckland. Teachers are highly qualified and experienced. My girls love going there and learning piano.

   Very bad experience, both my son and my daughter had two trials with different teacher. First teacher made them cried in the piano room! They are so upset beacuse the teacher is so rude to them!Their reception is not friendly at all, just push you to make the decision and payment. Most of their teachers are musical students, staff turn over is very high. So if you want your child stick on one teacher for a bit longer time or build up their interest and passion in instrument, this school is not recommended at all!

   My daughter started Able Music piano classes when she was 5 years of age. She is 8 now and still is with them. I have seen how my daughter has grown to love piano and has learnt a lot. She has even played piano at her pa's funeral. I have no regrets putting her into Able Music.

   I had to email about 6 times to get a response about group guitar lessons. They said they would start at the beginning of Feb 2020, after I inquired in November and they would keep me pre-booked. I have not received any further email about the classes only them telling me I can transfer money into their bank accounts for classes I know nothing about. Worst service I have experienced...
