   I came here to look at tiles and get a sense of the styles before deciding whether to return over the weekend. They close at 5 pm, and I arrived at 4:40 pm, just wanting to have a quick look and ask one question about sizes. However, an Asian female staff member spoke to me very rudely, telling me they were closing and that I should come back tomorrow. It was a very disappointing experience.

   The entire customer experience has been great. Bought tiles a few months ago after the ones we wanted were not in stock - because we bought them quite far in advance, by the time we were ready to tile the original tiles we wanted were back in stock. The team helped locate the amount we needed, and helped organise the swap of the tiles. Constant communication at all ends.

   Ive used this Tile Depot a few times over the last couple of years. They have a great selection at good prices and very helpful staff. Danell and Lizel were very helpful with a couple of flooring issues I needed advice on. Lizel even called one of their tiling tradies, Tyrone, who was very happy to give me advice over the phone.    Amazing selection of tiles and the staff are super helpful. In particular Jaedyn who gave us advice on tile selection/lighting and mixing options. The best thing is that the store let us take samples of the tiles home so we could work out what worked best in our space. All our tiling needs were sorted within a couple of days - and we can pick up from their warehouse direct so no waiting around! Where to go to is an easy choice for our next bathroom reno!
