“I have nothing but praise for the team at the Furniture Shop. I wanted to order something which was custom made, which housed a small bar fridge and a locked drawer. Giving the measurements of the fridge, they took this away, came back with a sketch, had it made, delivered and it is beyond perfect. We asked for delivery for the balloons part of our order, and it wasn't their usual service and we paid for it but it was so worth it - really great service from the team and responded to emails with queries for different stock swiftly. Even though the team were busy, they kindly took the time to answer my questions and put together my order, which was quite a few balloons. They even tied the balloons together and showed me how to hold them so they wouldn't blow away. I highly recommend Look Sharp for getting helium filled balloons!”

“I find Pestrol a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service is of a high standard, patient, polite, respectful, friendly & helpful. I find high standards in customer care not as common as it used to be with people not being able to focus & answer questions fully, but that is not the case here! They also include free gifts for orders over certain amounts (which I didn't know, so when my parcel arrived it felt like Christmas)! I wish the women who serve me by email & phone get well deserved pay raises. Due to all these positives, I will remain a loyal customer in future - I have no reason not to.”

There were a couple of issues with items I bought which Jag immediately addressed and put right. He even fixed a faulty item for me that I had purchased from another business, when I went to buy a replacement product from him.
