   Wish farmers would adopt the more modern click and collect that every other business seems to have, you order, staff on the floor of the store you ordered from get the items, notify you, boom pick up. I see no reason why when I know this Albany store had stock of the products I ordered, that I’m still waiting on them to post it to the Albany store from some other location 2 weeks later. I know post is busy at the moment with Christmas and public holidays, that’s why I chose to click and collect over a delivery… it’s bullish+t really, that I not only paid for click and collect, which I haven’t had to do since Covid, but I paid for more inconvenience than just going in myself. At this point I’d rather a refund to give my business elsewhere, I know it’s not on this individual branch but still :(

   We were looking for a new washing machine and intending to go to a couple of stores in the Albany area, glad we went here first. The staff were so helpful and gave us a fantastic deal that we didnt have to go elsewhere. The washing machine was delivered the next day - you cant ask for better service. If you are shopping for appliances, then make this your first stop.

   Although this Farmers is not as large as the others and I only caters for Furniture and appliances. The staff are always available to help. With other Farmers it is hard to find someone that can help you. Big thanks for all the help when deciding what is best to buy.

   I was in farmers Albany today trying to get some lip gloss, when visited Chanel counter, the sales girl asked if I needed any help, I told her I would have a look at the products first when I need help I will let her know. Then she stands next to me watching over on us the whole time. I felt I’ve been judged because we went after dinner and dressed very casual, I feel I have been watched as a theft!!! I’m very annoyed and will never buy from Chanel farmers again.
