Over priced furniture. Better of buying brand new. Didn't bother looking at the clothes.

Iβve been here twice and both times the staff were super friendly and genuinely willing to help. You can tell theyβre doing it for a great cause, and that makes the experience even better. Donating and shopping here feels much easier and more meaningful than trying to sell pre-loved items online with all the unnecessary hassles. A really positive place to support.

This used to be my favourite op shop. Always had decent bargains and variety of items. Unfortunately itβs gone the way of many others - overpriced! Rethink your prices because nobody is paying more than something costs brand new. ($25 for a monopoly set with 10% of its pieces left?!?)

I had a great time buying furniture here and ended up with a beautiful writing desk, wardrobe and a set of drawers at such a great price and only $40 to drop all three off in a different suburb! The lady who was running the shop was doing about 4 jobs at once and doing them all PERFECTLY! Great service and helpful atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I love the furniture!

Substandard. This op shop is hopeless - travel down further (around 600 Dominion Road) and you'll meet a better family store. When I asked where to put my wet brolley this person YELLED at me. I did not do anything wrong. I merely asked (politely) where to place my wet umbrella. When: 14/06/21 (14 July 2021), 1234 (12:34pm) Where: 200 Dominion Road Who: Female, white skin, brown hair, sky-blue scarf, navy Salvation Army shirt (short sleeves), navy knee-length skirt, dark stockings, black shoes, tall and lean Why: She is a bully What: Verbal bullying How: Nasty words, yelling i e.moderate verbal abuse I will leave and visit other stores. Never in my life I experienced this in any Salvation Army family store. p.s. This store is extravagant compared to other family stores. Not preferred
