   Purchased a gorgeous duvet cover set on special that was ordered in from Hamilton as stock was sold out in Albany..staff were super friendly and efficient at ordering in the set as well as matching euro pillows within days of requesting it. Bought a chunky knit throw with it that complements the colour of the linen and the comments by friends and family have been amazing re the happy and smart look of my bedroom . Highly recommend Albany Adairs..

   Lovely store with quality products. I was served by a helpful friendly staff member. I spent in excess of $130 and then needed to pay for a bag which spoilt my shopping experience, policy should be if a customer spends over a certain amount eg $40 the bag should be complimentary, that is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5

   We bought a new caravan and all the linen was from Adairs. It is great quality and very stylish. I needed more so popped into the Albany store and ended up buying more than expected. Helpful staff member, lovely store. Joined linen lovers and got a great discount, so well worth the cost to join.

   There was some confusing signage in their store which meant the items I purchased ended up being much more expensive then I had anticipated. I returned the the store to have a chat about it. The staff member was very understanding, attentive, explained the issue, and listened to my explanation of how I felt mislead by the signage. Without me asking, I was offered a refund of the difference to the price I had expected even though it was a different product. Very happy with this store, the staff are lovely and they are willing to make their customers happy by going the extra mile.

   Excellent and patient customer services right from when I made enquiries over the phone. Handy location with ample parking in front. Good values when items are on specials. Staff will go out ofthwir way to make customers feel specials. Well done to Vicky and the team. Will definitely return again. It is often to visit the shop as photos in online store may not be the actual colour. (Different shades).
