   For STMICHEL : Someone from your company came to my home quite a few years ago and declined to give any remediation!! How could that leave any claim record? The product is just not using water proof material. The drawer got a bit wet and then started swelling because inside is compacted fibre board something. While within the warranty they wouldn't do anything about it. Instead they blamed us for letting water touch the drawer edge. WTH? It's where we wash and brush every day and we wipe off the water after use but no way to guarantee that water won't gets out and run down to the drawer edge

   Finally found a place with a great selection of vanities and accessories with very helpful service to boot! Amanda (think thats right) wasn't even in sales but guided us in the right direction with friendliness and professionalism. Picked up units today and she went beyond personally lifting packaging and securing the load in the rain. Top lady and very happy highly reccomend this place!

Manufacturing and quality control is hard to beat, the small details are not overlooked, and the finished product is beautifully refined and uncompromising.    After 12 or 14 years hairline cracks (crazing) have materialized on the basin. loss of plating on the plug, and rust on the vanity hinges. Very disappointing. Not what you'd expect from a "Premium product"

   So impressed with customer care. Went in today with a drawer handle, about 8-9 years old. The chrome was flaking off. After providing some info we were advised that a replacement handle will be sent out in the next day or so. No talk of charging us. This type of service means we will definitely return as we have another bathroom that needs refurbishing. Thank you

   Beverley in the showroom has been amazing. We live out of the city and couldn't get in, but she took time to send us photos from the show room and help us with measurements so we could match the right tapware with our vanities. We've also loved using the website how you can mix and match basins and colours and cabinets.

   Never ever trust this company. Their product is useless. We have our bathroom vanity peeling off only after a year that we had it. We initially thought it could be from water dripping onto the sides, but could be something else. Someone came to assess it and told us that they can’t do anything about it as there was nothing wrong with their installation. So what happened to the warranty of this product then? The person claimed that the product is water proof yet it was damaged and disintegrated so easily … I will not recommend this cheapie at all. Go get your bathroom needs somewhere else that ensures you with high quality product and work output. I’m pretty sure there are other companies that you can trust better.

   After weeks of DIY frustrations we loved St Michel vanities and we drove 2hrs to their showroom undecided. But wow! These guys are professional without sales pitch and truly walk you through step by step, no pressure and you decide on what you never thought of. Completely recommend a visit, it will sort your doubts and design. A really pleasant experience. Best time spent to date!

   I am happy to award St Michel Industries a definite 5 stars for their commitment to product quality, customer service and satisfaction! One of the panels on the bathroom vanity had discolored - I emailed their Service request address with the details and a photo and was immediately contacted by the Service Manager Sam who came to inspect the cabinet and once satisfied that it was faulty and not through any damage done by us or neglect on our behalf arranged for the replacement and the instillation of a new cabinet. I would have no hesitation to recommend or purchase a St Michel product again in the future knowing that is backed by such incredible service and product quality!! Thank you Sam and St Michel !!
