The quality is excellent, the price point was great, and the whole process felt easy and well-managed.    After the Auckland floods in 2023 we needed a new kitchen. My neighbour found Peter from The Kitchen Factory. We liked them so much (and the price was very reasonable) so we decided to do our laundry at the same time. The results were amazing and we love them both. The design process was superb and the attention to detail was amazing. It was a tough time after the flooding but Peter and the team looked after us. The funny thing is that we loved our new kitchen and laundry so much we bought the company. Now we are expanding the team and focusing on helping Auckland households to bring their kitchen dreams into reality!

   Peter has been brilliant with good communication throughout the entire process. We had seen two of his beautiful kitchens at our friends properties and new he produced quality kitchens. His pricing was competitive and he delivered our kitchen in a really tight timeframe with no holdups. He also ensured all the little quirky parts of our remodelled home were accounted for in our kitchen cabinetry and we have ended up with not only a beautiful kitchen but a functional one with maximum storage.    While I’m mostly happy with the quality of my kitchen, it was never finished and I had to delay other things for months as a result. After six months of waiting I’ve had to pay another kitchen company to complete the job. I’ve lost count of the number of times I was told that they would be here on Wednesday! If you need your kitchen done on time, don’t use this company.
