   I didn’t use a designer from Incredible Kitchen, did my own pencil drawing, Deyana (Incredible Kitchen) helped me with the measurements etc, IK didn’t provide the kitchen layout in 3D but they provided the drawing plans for the builder. The only thing missing on the plan was the gap measurement from the wall to where the cabinet supposed to stand, so it was kind of a guessing game for the builder, everything was supposed to be in the instruction booklet but the builder didn’t read them all, anyway we sorted out by phone. I like the quality of the cabinets (waterproof), how they are customisable, the Hafele pull out system and overall very happy with the result, thank you Deyana & Incredible Kitchen!

   The worst customer service experience in ten years of living in NZ. I bought a benchtop from Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) on September 1 and everything seemed to be very smooth. The template was done on the agreed date and all payments were collected in advance. Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) booked my benchtop to be installed on the 15th of September and they asked for the old benchtop to be removed for the new installation. The old benchtop was removed and I waited for the new benchtop to be installed on the agreed date, which did not happen. I tried to contact Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) during the installation day and in my first contact, they said that they could not get hold of the factory, but they confirmed that the installation was occurring later on in the day. Around 3:00 p.m. on this same day, I tried to get hold of the store but they closed at 1:30 p.m., without following up on what happened with my benchtop, which I judged to be very unprofessional. On the next day, Saturday, I got in touch with the store in the hope of getting an explanation to what may have happened and when I was supposed to have my benchtop installed. The person whom I spoke with ensured me that she would return my call within the hour with an answer, but the store did not contact me back. On the following Monday 18th the factory, which seems to be another business or supplier, called me and they were very organized. At this opportunity, they explained to me that their booking was always happening on 19/09 and not 15/09 and that it was a possible mistake from Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens). On the 19th of September, I had my benchtop installed but up to this point, no one from Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) was in touch with me. We spent 5 days without a sink, water, cooktop and oven, cooking in a camping stove and washing dishes in the laundry and Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens) never called us to give any explanation of what happened. We understand that mistakes can happen, but at no point, did anyone have the decency of being in touch, apologising or supporting us in this process. Their response was just to leave it with the factory whom I had not directly paid the full amount in advance. So, I believe if you are thinking of doing business with Incredible Kitchens (Jag Kitchens), it is better to find another supplier, they did not show any respect for us after collecting their payment. My worst experience ever with a business in NZ.

   When I researched replacing our dated kitchen, I was surprised at the prices we were provided with. Incredible kitchens online advertising caught my eye, and after designing the layout on their app, I was pleasantly surprised by the initial quote. We initially dealt with Ellie who was very helpful during the product selection process by guiding us through the various systems, cabinet colours and engineered stone options. My wife was particularly grateful to Ellie for arranging the kitchen bench to be bespoke by raising the height of the related cabinets to match the level of a greenhouse window, thereby expanding the bench depth. The flawless kitchen components were delivered the day before they were competently installed by cabinet maker Karl, who was also very considerate and helpful. We are very satisfied with the finish of the kitchen, the quality of the various components and the vastly improved functionality. We also wish to thank all of the Incredible Kitchens employees who were involved in our project. You did a great job!

   Stumbled across Incredible Kitchen Company after a bad experience with another company. Ellie was exceptionally easy to deal with, very professional and responsive. The kitchen looks great, the pricing was competitive, the time from plan confirmation to installation was speedy...I can't recommend enough and wish we'd known about them earlier!

   Working with Juanita from IK we achieved a fantastic kitchen in a reasonably small area. The new layout transformed the space and we couldn't be more happy with the end result. I definitely consider our kitchen great value and quality for the money. We'll be back to work with the IK team again on our next project, no question. Thanks team

   My experience with Incredible Kitchen Company was really positive. They had the best price and the kitchen looks great. Their sales person Ellie was great and so was their measuring team. Overall I would say amazing value and stress free as well, they did all the measuring and installation with no hassle. I would highly recommend.
