   The person who served us really knew what it meant to give good service, and when I say good I actually mean ‘old school good service’ or what would be classed as exceptional service now adays. He was incredibly knowledgeable, knew how to guide my son into buying his first bed and gave us space to talk without being asked, the price was also very reasonable. The shop had lots of options to choose from and a bed to suit every budget. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will most certainly use them again. A++++

   Didn’t received what we paid for. We had a clear communication about the bed we ordered. They made a totally wrong headboard with an absolutely different design. After an argument this person accepted that the problem was from their end but was kind enough to change it. But Once we receive the final product we realise the height of the head board was a lot shorter then what we initially ordered for which should have been 1.5m. It seems they only changed the design on the headboard by replacing stitches as the cushioning is a lot different then what they had shown us on there display bed. Dodgy place

   Hi , I don't think there was any miscommunication , you guys have failed to deliver the Bed on time twice and the funny think is that I am within 5km radius from your store. No one from the store bothered to call and notify me that they wont be able to deliver both times I had to call myself to find out. And also the finishing job on the bed is very poor (pictures attached). I wouldn't recommend best beds to anyone.
