   bought a massage chair from Osim on 11/06. The sales broke her promises several times. was told the delivery is on rank 2 of 68 orders, nothing happened in 10days, then said it will take more time as the delivery truckee got covid, then showed a message that the supervisor instructed don't give customer a delivery time but up to 14 biz days. Today is 28/06 (11 biz days) and let me see what will happen on day 14. I wonder if I was rank 2 on the list, what about other customers? BAD....

   Great place to sit and rest after a long day shopping and get an awesome massage for free!!! But so be careful you may end up like me and order one of their awesome chairs!

   Purchased a massage cushion in July and the power button has already broken. They won't offer replacement, so I have to wait 3 weeks or long for them to repair it. Not impressed by this warranty policy, or the quality of the product
