2 day later Edit: Chetan is no.1 guy. An issue has came up and I contacted him and he was ok with processing the changes even though it was an inconvenience for him and his company. Thank Chetan & bedsrus manukau. Chetan was great. Help explained more about mattress and the comfort rating and support zone.

Friendly staff and bought a bed straight away. They said it would be delivered in 10days but I got it earlier. Bed is so comfy! And great to buy NZ made. Thanks to the guy who served me. Glad it was a great buy for me!!
Their customer service was very good. However the brightest spot was the delivery man who was very kind to assemble the bed from kitset at site with the most amicable way.
