We have bought two floor beds from KitSmart. Very good quality and reasonable price. Honestly, floor beds work much better than the crib if you want to get some sleep in their younger ages when they just need you around. Our toddler barely slept in the crib and we didnβt bother to try to use it for our 2nd.
I ordered a bed for my toddler on the 1st of September. After almost 4 weeks of little to no communication we finally received the bed to then find out we were sent the wrong pieces. We're now going on 5 weeks, still no usable bed or resolution. New owners have made no difference to the experience.
I ordered the multi height bunk bed frame for my sons from Kitsmart on the 28th of March. Their website stated a 5+ day turnaround, but I received an email saying it would actually take 10 days, which I was okay with. However, it's now been over 15 days since then, and I still haven't received the order or any update. I've tried reaching out via email and calling but there's been no response at all. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up. Itβs frustrating not knowing whatβs going on with something Iβve already paid well over a grand for, especially when it was intended for my kids. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience, communication is just as important as the product itself.
The beds are great but the overall experience and communication from KitSmart was SO BAD and SO frustrating that I have to rate them 2 stars. After ordering and getting no confirmation, I tried to contact them, I would call and text and email and leave a message and get NOTHING in response for over a week. Then the product arrived and was incomplete and incorrect. Then it was corrected but still incomplete. We eventually had to go and pick it up ourselves. A very frustrating company to deal with that would make me not recommend despite liking their product.
Thank you KitSmart Furniture, for giving our son a magnificent bed to sleep on, just as we dreamed for him to have. Upon our arrival to NZ a few months ago we contacted them in advance KitSmart, and they agreed to prepare the order and store it at their premises until we arrive from overseas. On the day of the supplement, everything was excellent; the person that came was quick and efficient and surprisingly, both of us spoke the same mother tongue (that was a pleasant surprise!). Thank you KitSmart; your furniture and business just canβt be better.
Fast & Responsive. Communication was on point in regards to manufacturing & Delivery. Serviceman/Deliveryman thoroughly put the bed together upstairs in our small 2 bedroom place, removing shoes and keeping his work space clean and tidy. Definitely will look at adding to our collection as our family grows. Cheers
