   Top-notch service from the time I phoned the friendly receptionist Emily to trying out the "knee chair" in the show-room with Nicki's supervision. Both girls made me feel like a VIP!! And the knee chair has been like a breath of fresh air for my back and neck, making it so easy to "sit" with the correct upright posture. Mcgreals and that knee chair are highly recommended!

   Beware: They lure you in with low prices, then hit you with hidden shipping fees after checkout and send surprise invoices later. Refuse to accept returns. Completely dishonest and abusive – avoid at all costs!

   I visited the showroom looking to purchase four elbow chairs. Bianca was so helpful and sourced a matching table. From the start to the finish the customer service experience was exceptional. I've bought a lot of furniture lately and this is by far and away my best experience! The delivery driver was also incredible. From start to finish a 10/10.

   We increased our team, but had the same office space to work with. Bianca was incredibly helpful offering solutions and ideas of how it could work, even though there were Covid supply issues, this was kept informed the whole way through. The delivery & setup guy was AWESOME, fast and super tidy. I would highly recommend using Mcgreals again for an office fitout.

I ordered my desk before we moved alert levels and the process getting my desk to me could have been difficult and challenging but the whole team made it an absolute breeze.
