    I bought my materials from here for my first shower and full bathroom tiles spent a lot money with friendly staff. On second occasion yesterday met with a very cheeky staff. I asked him for discount on $20m2 tiles he said $25 and the discount on grand total he refused. That's all good. Further at loading bay he asked to back ute in a very confined space I parked and came out to look if I could adjust my parking. This island bloke started repeating him about my parking which I wasn't finished. So I said in a loud voice that I heard you and walked back to my car to do the adjustment. Both the staff started fighting and arguing screaming at my wife. We told them customer is always right regardless Your wages and the owners profits all comes from the customer not from your boss. By now the boss heard them he came and there was a sudden silence in their tone. It's my last visit to their shop now. I will go to another shop to buy rest of my shower fittings.

    I first went to a tile discount store in Penrose only to found the same tile in DBS for more than half the price. I end up buying not only my tiles but the bathroom and toilet from there to ship to the islands. I will go back there once I do up my house here in NZ
