Everything was done professionally and with great attention to detail. What really impressed me was how they went the extra mile with my second visit for warrant of fitness—fixing a small headlight issue at no extra charge. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare these days! If you’re looking for a mechanic who truly knows their stuff and goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend them enough. Binh is really easy to deal with, both over the phone and then in person, he was able to take my daughters car with very short notice, which required both a WOF and 110,000km car service, having identified the challenges for the WOF, Binh was able to correct all of these, plus complete the car service all within 4 hours, making it available for my daughter to collect mid-afternoon. Price was very reasonable and great value for money, plus, I was able to make an EFT whereby avoiding the credit card transaction fees. I have no issue highly recommending Binh and Mairangi Bay Workshop for your next WOF or Car Service.”
