I have been coming here for years for WOF and service. Great service for a great price. Recently had to do my WOF at another nearby garage because I couldn't get an appointment on time at yours (my fault), and it was awful and pricey. Well let me tell you, I appreciate you even more. I took my old classic car here today for a WOF. Hard to find a workshop that works on the older cars but OSM were recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Sean and the team are really friendly and knowledgeable. I will be bringing all my vehicles to them going forward. Couldn't fault them. Highly recommended. AAA +++

I wouldn't recommend this workshop to anyone, specially women like me that don't understand much about mechanic. The owner Dave changes his mood from nothing and is SO rude. He REALLY SCARED me. I took my car for small repairs and steering wheel knocking sound. Had my car locked at is workshop for 2 weeks and left with an engine light ON that he was not able to FIX. I told him I needed my car, as the courtesy cars he gave me were dangerous to drive with my 5yo son ( one of them did not have rear wiper/anti fog). I told him if he could not fix my car he should take to a mechanic that could fix and he said: YOU ARE WELCOME TO DO. I ended up with a $1000 bill to pay for his useless work, an engine light on and having to take my car to another mechanic. He RIPPED ME OFF. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.
I was talked down to by a Lead mechanic. The full cost of labour was not disclosed prior to work tbc. Again, spoken down to. Shouted at. Awful experience. Older mechanic is very calm he’s nice - score would have been higher if he helped me. I believe it was there was cultural bias. This was my first real visit to OSMS.
These guys were just fantastic friendly very helpful very fast my car was finished the same day had a great courtesy car to use and the cost was average. Thank you will definitely recommend this place honest and genuine
