   WARNING. Took our car here for a WOF which it failed on break pads and discs. This is the third time this has happened. First time was the back breaks and we argued our way out of it, second time was the front breaks and we did get them to change breaks and pads but this third time, different car, rang alarm bells so we went elsewhere and immediately got a WOF without any issues. Wondering if failing WOFs is a way for them to make money?

   It is not about the WOF2025... When the Turbo had issues while there for the service and WOF 2024, you call me to recollect the car. After driving away the red oil gauge on went on. Your technician already pulled all the oil and forgot... He had to put 5L which I paid $16.50/L only to throw that away the same week at the Turbo place. That's all. Not even an apology. Thank you

   They live up to their name! I’m a first time customer here, chose this place after comparing reviews & prices. Paul (owner) and Sonia (receptionist) are both super friendly and great to deal with. They are very clear and transparent with the service info and pricing and communicated well about timing etc. They’ve just gained a loyal customer!

   Five Star Motors truly stand out! Paul has been taking care of my family and me for nearly a decade. I can confidently leave my keys with him, knowing there will never be unexpected costs. He is empathetic, friendly, humble, professional, and exceptionally caring. I've noticed discounts on my invoices that Paul hasn't mentioned, highlighting his humility. Despite living in East Auckland, I still choose Five Star Motors. Sonya is incredibly friendly and accommodating, despite me be constantly late returning the courtesy car. Five Star Motors are outstanding and exceptional!

   I can’t speak highly enough of the whole team, starting with reception who was so knowledgeable about the parts and where to source them for our old Merc. It’s not often these days a job comes in lower cost than quoted. Very trustworthy and high quality work. They really went out of their way to help us keep our classic car on the road.

   Paul & the team are great, ring up book in hassle free get a courtesy car & you don't pay for it, they can do the repair on the spot & give you a quote on the spot, amazing prices & his WoF inspection are A +. the mechanics talk to you with down to earth advice very trusting mechanics. The service team always friendly. Recommend to everyone.
