Great bunch of guys, turned up when they said they would, no nonsense assessment, no lofty promises of turnaround, gave us realistic expectation for repair time. They did not disappoint, went above and beyond and when the parts were available got the job done in a day and delivered back to us, when they said they would. We came here for all the positive reviews however we left with a still broken TV and a poor experience. Average service kept us waiting when were told they would come out at around 3pm came after 4.30pm. Couldn't tell us over the phone if it could be repaired... We still had to pay for them to "inspect" a quick 5 minute look over, chasing them for an answer the following week only to be told no parts were available and to pay the $80 call out fee.
So helpful! Saved me a big call out fee from another company by getting me to send photos first, and they answered the problem within 5mins, thanks guys!!
Had an issue with my Panasonic TV and thought it was broken for good. The left of the screen had a corrupt band down the left side. They expertly investigated the problem and resolved it without additional cost. It could have easily been put down to an issue with the panel which would have been thousands to repair. But they investigated and saved me big time. Highly recommend. Friendly, honest, and professional.
The team at Electrowave is so helpful and extremely knowledgeable, had a problem with our tv and they talked us through some troubleshooting and when that didn’t fix the problem they were quick to book a service and kept us informed along the process. Such an easy experience would highly recommend.
Excellent service from these guys! I called Panasonic they passed on the contact, and it was smooth sailing from there. My TV was replaced within a few days, and Derek, he was super helpful dropped it off and even help me set it up! Highly recommend.
