Gavin has worked on a few of my cars now. (Skoda and Holden) He's always explained things really well plus has been super pragmatic in the approach to addressing issues. Sending money on fixing cars is never enjoyable but with these guys you feel like you're getting cared for and they have your best interest at heart. Would 100% recommend.
Deeply frustrated by the unethical practices at Europa Auto Services. They charged me for replacing the upper strut mounts, but I later realized these had already been replaced just two years ago. It appears they intentionally loosened the mounts to falsely suggest they needed replacement—this is not just dishonest but potentially fraudulent. Customers deserve transparency and integrity, not unnecessary repairs meant to inflate costs. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this shop.
Ismail has been my go to guy for many years. Always welcoming, polite and the best mechanic. Gavin and Ismail do a great job and there’s no usual mechanic BS. Right to the point, best advice and reasonably priced. Go to them, you won’t be disappointed.
Gavin & Ismail always provide an excellent service. They are extremely knowledgeable and reasonable. They have always been flexible and client focussed and will work around expectations and client limitations. I have had many great experiences with them and recommend them all the way.
These guys are amazing. When I failed my WOF, they went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. Everything was done quickly and they even took my car to get the new WOF after the repair. Thanks Ismail and Gavin, will definitely come back again!
An amazing job and quick service! Kept us up to date with what work was needed on our vehicle and the cost of it all. The booking was made quickly, and the work was turned around overnight. We even added a last minute request for a WOF and service which was no problem. Highly recommend!
The service was fantastic, he was confident in what needed to be repaired and fixed it on the same day. Also went above and beyond as I had failed my warrent at VTNZ because of this issue, He also put my car for re test at VTNZ and it passes. He sorted all this out which saved me so much time. Easy 5 stars and highly recommended.
