   Booked through HyperDrive for 2 tyres. I then booked a brake service which I cancelled on Friday 28th Nov by phone. All ok for a mid-morning drop-off for tyres. Called in at 10:15am and told them I would wait. This straightforward job took nearly 2 hours. I will not be going back. I'm a professional driver, evident to them by the logos on my vehicle. I've used many different places in the past for servicing, repairs and tyres. This is by far the slowest service I've received in the past 8 years. Going by other service providers, this should have been 30 minutes, 45 minutes at the maximum. This delay has adversely affected my turnover today. My reason for using them is that they are local to me, as I've just moved to Mangere. It would have been quicker for me to drive out West to my previous provider! Shop around folks! And possibly go to a dedicated tyre fitting specialist too.

   Awesome Team! Even though they were busy on the days I came in, they managed to squeeze me in aswell as keeping me updated. I didnt get the name of the bloke at reception but hes awesome, knowledgable and polite/soft spoken. It was also good to hear conversations with other customers where he showed a lot of generosity.

   First honest and reliable mechanic I’ve come across who are detailed in the work they do on your car. Who answer every question you have about your car when it’s getting repaired and once you’ve picked your car up. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics based out west and central auckland, nothing compares to “first class automotive” and are the only mechanics I recommend family and friends to go to from now on. (Also own a European car)

   Awesome service from First class . Took my Audi S7 for a full service. The person in the front counter was quite knowledgeable about my car. I had a full set of brakes replaced with service and a WOF plus wheel alignment. The prices were more reasonable than other places I enquired. A+ experience and will definitely recommend a visit
