Quick response and very friendly — however, I later told he charged $165.00 for a five-minute diagnosis on the fridge. His competitor provided a verbal recommendation at no cost. He mentioned that he needed to see the fridge before proceeding with any repair, which I understand, but he didn’t mention the call-out fee beforehand, and it was quite steep. Unfortunately, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Vance was brilliant. Fast, knowledgable and quick response. Also fixed our insink waste disposer - and he doesn't overcharge. Can't recommend him highly enough.
Feeling a bit ripped off having to pay $112 for nothing. Had these guys out to look at lights not working on our range hood. They were here for 5 mins, couldn't fix the problem (weren't sure what the problem was - "maybe they could try and order a part and see if that worked.") I told them not to bother. As it turns out I could buy a whole new range hood for a little more than they charged me for their service call out. Of course they never told me that. Will never use again.
Vance is super friendly and extremely helpful. I called him distressed on a long weekend after my Bosch freezer alarm had been beeping all night keeping me awake and my all my food was defrosting. He was happy to give me good advice over the phone and was happy to take the call back I made on a Public Holiday. I would definitely recommend Vance! Such amazing service for one stressed out lady!
