Service I received was of a top quality and very professional. The customer service was excellent A service technician came out to my property to replace the battery!! Monday morning and these guys went above and beyond to get my car back to me as soon as humanly possible. So appreciate of their speedy work getting me back on the road, even though I’m sure they were busy! Highly recommend.
We dropped the car off for a WOF at 9am after already failing an earlier one. By 4pm, still no call, no work done, and instead they suddenly flagged a completely different issue that—conveniently—would take 10 days to fix. The explanation was vague at best, like they couldn’t actually describe what was wrong. And it’s not like this is our first time at a mechanic. To top it off, the so-called “receptionist/manager” has the charm of a brick wall—rude, dismissive, and more interested in rambling about irrelevant nonsense than actually addressing why I was there as a paying customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Jason is a great guy!, Took my Touareg in today as it failed a warrant elsewhere for jammed back centre seat belt. He had one of his guys fix it in no time, legend!
To all, guys wake up please. Jason is not the manage any more. not one care about your car there,. If you send a new model car for repair, price will be a magic thing to learn at the first, and the skill is useless. It is dangerous to try them. Helpless.

I am beyond impressed with Jason, Shane and the team. I had a quote from another automotive to fix my rear diff in my 4x4 and it was crazy expensive. So expensive, I put it off for as long as I could. After thinking about the poor service and crazy price I received from the other automotive, i decided I would take my truck down to Waimauku Automotive. I knew I would receive a professional service from these boys as I had heard alot about them. What I didn't expect was how Jason went above and beyond. He was able to find me a rear diff for a third of the price I was previously quoted! I felt as though my truck was the only one in the shop because of the awesome communication, the level of respect and how thorough he was. Jason made sure to talk me through everything so I understood what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. They always say, when you find a good mechanic, you stick with them. And I can confidently say, they have a customer for life.
