Then Jimmy and the team did everything they could to track the issue, replace the parts and keep me informed the whole time.    Went to get my WOF done and had more problems than I expected. As a young teenage female I don’t enjoy dealing with car things as I don’t know much, however my experience today was very relaxing and enjoyable. Brent explained it very well and in-depth, very honest, very helpful and when I asked questions or didn’t understand something i wasn’t made to feel stupid for asking or not knowing. Had everything written and printed out easy for me to read and understand. Customer service and communication from Nicky was amazing shes super friendly, very organised and very helpful. 1000% coming back and from now on working with them as my go to mechanics. Thanks heaps guys! :)

   When looking for a mechanic you want someone honest, reliable and who’s great at what they do. If you live in or around Helensville and want someone you can trust with your car, these are your guys. Helensville Mechanical aren’t a huge shop looking to crank out high volumes but trustworthy locals who go the extra mile to look after our community. They have dropped me off back at home so I can get straight back to work. Brought my son into the shop to show him what it looks like under a car which was magical for my then-6-year-old car lover. And they are clear and straight forward about what needs or will need doing. Great communication. Highly recommend them to anyone who values integrity and hard work.
