   Fantastic mechanical repair workshop. Responded really fast, fitted me in super quickly, went the extra mile when it came to replacing other items but still came in ‘under quoted price’! There were no hidden expensive extras when I went to pick up my vehicle. Small caring team which I really appreciated. Thank you so much, got me back on the road and working so quickly!

   If you’re not too familiar with cars or how mechanics work, I’d recommend avoiding this place. Our amazing mechanic in Albany would’ve done the job for free and only charged for the parts that actually needed fixing. Last year, we had the same issue and he charged us 0$!!! Unfortunately, he’s too far from us now, so we tried this one since it’s closer, but it turned out to be a total rip-off!

   During these times I thought it would be awesome to support local businesses, however, with this particular shop I had been totally ripped off! I was charged $974 for x2 new front brake pads and a water pump replacement. Labour on receipt costed $600+ for less than half a day’s work. It is evident that upon receiving the car back to my hands, there was a squealing sound of something loose. I let him know so this could be rectified and upon two more visits, he could not fix this for me and was told I had to pay an extra $50 for the water pump belt. I paid and never returned. I managed to get this sorted at a specialist for my specific car brand! I’ve learnt my lesson now unfortunately.

   Not knowing where to go in the area for a mechanic, I dropped into Triangle Rd Automotive on the off chance that something could be fixed on my car. I did not have the car booked in, but Rick fixed it straight away. This was so good off him and such fantastic service. Thankyou. I will definitely go there again for any more work needed on my car. Lovely friendly team too.
