   Worst experience I had with them, the Fiji indian dude asking me what do I do as an occupation so that he can charge accordingly without narrow down the problem. There was not any sort of leakage but he advise condenser needs to be replaced which will cost $1058.95 where it was just my filter needs to be replaced and gas need to be filled which cost me $280. Zero recommendation avoid visiting them. Thanks

   Got a quote done in November 2024 then in November 2025 decided to get air con fixed. Was told vehicle would be retested before it was fixed as quote was a year old. Vehicle was fixed on what was wrong in 2024. Charged over $1000. Aircon stopped working within 5 days took it back was told it was going to cost $820 for another part. How did they know what part was needed when they didn’t even check again to see what was wrong when we returned, didn’t even leave the office to check. Lady at desk admitted that no retest was done even though she originally said it would be done. $1000 out of pocket, no aircon. Do not go to these rip offs.

   One heck of a good service from the Manukau team. Good down to earth service and no stress. These guys dropped tools and got right into sorting my issue out as I arrived with myself expecting I would drop my ute off and pick it up that afternoon. They did it while I waited which was much more suited for me. Already recommending them to others. The Hamilton branch also were involved and made sure I was taken care of. So thanks guys.    Cool Car Air Conditioning Manukau went above & beyond with my car repairs. Extremely professional and helpful both on the phone and in person, quick to provide a diagnosis and quote. Speedy repairs and quickly provided some extra fixes they identified that another mechanic had missed. Prioritised fixing my car so I could get it back before the long weekend then stayed open a bit later until I could collect it. Having been mucked around by a mechanic for 3 days and then a stuff up with the tow truck, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Would 10/10 recommend to anybody.

   Used their services to diagnose and repair the air conditioning in our 2009 Honda Civic. Initial free diagnosis was spot on and repair was done on time and and at the quoted price although a few extra minor items such as seals had to be done to ensure long term reliability of the AC system. Thanks very much for very prompt and reasonably priced service and repair. I highly recommended CoolAir Manukau and wouldn't hesitate using their services in future. The free diagnostic checkup is also very highly appreciated.

   I don’t normally write reviews of places but felt I needed to go out of my way for Cool Car Manukau. It is extremely refreshing to have dealt with Peter through the process of getting my car‘s a/c fixed, I had previously been to 3 different companies who all struggled to diagnose the fault and wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to get it fixed. Peter identified the issue quickly and offered a solution straight away. I was very happy with the consistent communication throughout the different stages of the job, his willingness to come up with a solution to get problems sorted and his knowledge/experience. Very very happy with the job and customer service A++
