   These guys went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal on some new headlight bulbs and a better battery for my car than factory. What can you expect from a modern (or any) Alfa? Regardless of my poor automotive choices, Matt (owner, I think, young fulla) made sure that at least the basics would be covered, and wished me well. Shows that there still ARE a couple of good, independently owned shops out there, even if they're all the way in Glen Eden ;)

   I called in advance and was told it was fine to come in for a headlight replacement. I’m editing this review because I wasn’t informed about any waiting time or whether my car would actually be attended to. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me—no eye contact or basic greeting. After approaching the reception, I was told someone would look at my car, but I waited over 15 minutes with no update, no service, and no communication. Good customer service starts with clear communication. Customers shouldn’t be left guessing or ignored. Overall, it was a disappointing and unprofessional experience and a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this place.

   went to get the windows in my daughter's car fixed as none of them were working. Frank was absolutely BRILLIANT, he bent over backwards to repair the car nothing was too much effort! Thanks again Frank and the family team ! And I thought the cost of the job was a fair price ! It's so hard to find honest people these days , but you can trust these people! Once again thanks to all of you.

   Our AC was intermittently working so they replaced the compressor. That didn't fix the issue, dropped off our car at least five different times over multiple months. Lack of communication from employees, our car was just sitting for days which is a huge inconvenience when you have two little kids. They ended up saying it needed to go to a specialist and we didn't want to dump more money/time dealing with them. Our heater was working fine before this but now it is also not working. Would not recommend this place

   I spent today with Matt working on resolving an air con issue which was diagnosed previously by another workshop as being significant. Matt showed me how the diagnosis was incorrect and resolved the problem. I'm back with cool air and a great job done by a really friendly team. Thanks.
