   Extremely disappointed with the repeated poor service at Bishop’s Garage. Over multiple visits, I’ve experienced serious negligence and carelessness. They once returned my car without a coolant cap, which led to overheating. When I took it back, they failed to properly bleed the cooling system, resulting in damage to the heater core. They also fitted directional tyres incorrectly — and when I returned, they flipped them but didn’t bother to balance the wheels, causing severe wobble, which I had to pay another shop to fix. Another time, I asked them to fit tyres I supplied. They didn’t fit — and instead of returning them to me, they just threw them away without asking. These aren’t small mistakes — they’re signs of poor workmanship and disregard for customer vehicles and property. I won’t be returning and strongly suggest others think twice.
