“Recently purchased a gas lift bedframe from Harvey Norman Westgate and it came with a faulty gas lift. The exchange process was so quick and smooth and it was a pleasant surprise for the manager, Ravi, to drive into the CBD to deliver the new gas lift to me when I wasn't able to go to Westgate in person due to work commitments. Amazing service and great customer care.”

“Mitch and his team member were so helpful today while I purchased a new camera for my business. Great, friendly customer service which made the shopping experience so much more enjoyable. Kind, knowledgeable workers with next level customer service. Thanks Mitch & team!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Front Desk Service at PB Tech! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception after the incredible service I received at the front desk of PB Tech. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff member at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after — answering my questions with patience, offering expert advice, and making sure I was pointed in the right direction straight away. They were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they really care about helping people and take pride in their work. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and effortless. Massive thank you to the team especially Brad — for setting such a high standard. PB Tech is lucky to have someone like this representing the company!”

“Was amazed at what I received. Didn't expect these sort of things. I'll be back to buy more soon:)”

“Excellent ship and very helpful people. Recommended for everyone”

“Had a few issues and the team were super helpful. Everyone was welcoming and the different departments worked well together to give me a reasonable price and timely fix. Highly recommend”

“My fridge died and I needed a replacement urgently. I could only find one suitable fridge freezer for my space and called Harvey Norman Wairau Park to find there was one left and it could be delivered the next day (a Saturday!) but I would have to act quickly. The very helpful staff member Robbie took my details over the phone so it wouldn't sell online before I got there, then when I got there he made the transaction all very easy. New fridge was delivered less than 24 hours later! Amazing service, thanks team!”

“Happy shopping, the number of staff stocking shelves blocking aisles, and on line shopping staff doing the same, is getting out of hand, a lot of shoppers complaining about the same thing. My guess a management problem.”

“I’ve been shopping at PB Tech Albany for years, mainly for electronic appliances and other tech products. They consistently offer competitive prices compared to other leading retailers, which makes them my go-to store. The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable, and they’re happy to help with any questions. Their website is also information-rich and very easy to navigate, making online browsing and purchasing simple. Highly recommend!”

“Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. Atmosphere is so friendly and inviting! Well done Noel Leeming keep up the amazing work. Thank you for the great experience”
