I could only find one suitable fridge freezer for my space and called Harvey Norman Wairau Park to find there was one left and it could be delivered the next day (a Saturday!) but I would have to act quickly. The very helpful staff member Robbie took my details over the phone so it wouldn't sell online before I got there, then when I got there he made the transaction all very easy. New fridge was delivered less than 24 hours later! Amazing service, thanks team!”

“Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. I asked if they had shopping bags with different prints, and they gave me a box (check photos) full of goodies I was able to dig through and find the perfect match (they weren't even on display yet!). ;)”
