I am posting from a POV of an individual buyer of an ergonomic office chair. For those that know these things, any prospective buyer is likely to be quite particular and have lots of questions. Their team were helpful and attentive whilst giving me lots of room to wiggle around in a chair and try everything out. The purchasing process was painless and agreed delivery time/collection of my old chair occurred as expected. Overall, really recommend giving the Haworth chairs a try if you're interested in an ergonomic chair. I certainly wouldn't ever go back to an ordinary office chair at home.
