After booking my ute in to have my tyre valves scanned for faults (5min job) and being told they would need my ute all day, I then picked it up and raced to vtnz to complete my WOF- once again it failed because my dash was again showing the Tyre valve was still faulty. Ford charged me $185. When I went back to Ford a few days later to address it, I had to show them on their invoice they had only reset my dash computer and DID NOT scan my tyre valves for faults as asked. The Manager got a mechanic to scan my wheels right there(took less than 5 minutes) and then asked then to leave my vehicle there AGAIN. Then when I returned to pick up ute later that day , The manager tried to charge me a further $390 ($200 in parts) So he thinks its okay for him NOT to do his job properly, which in turn inconvenience's me by having me return to Ford a 2nd and 3rd time when I should be at work earning money, not to mention having to cue up at VTNZ for an hour, AGAIN. And then on top of all that, when I questioned him as to why all this happened, and why I am paying $400 in labor for a 10min job, he doubled down. After standing my ground and refusing to pay that full amount, he gave me a $165 break, but still couldn't bring himself to apologize for any inconvenience he caused me. Manager has poor people skills.

Absolutely appealing customer service and communication with returning customers. I have been trying to get in contact to get my car serviced at your service centre and all I got was a confirmation booking for the Henderson branch. When I replied to the confirmation text saying that I was meant to be booked in for Silverdale I got nothing in return. Again further calls and still nothing heard. I also sent an email and again no response. Don't bother calling them they don't pick up or return calls.

Once with a service, I turned up a week early, they were so friendly and helpful I was non the wiser until I got my calendar notification the following week. I must say that the Courtesy car I was given was awesome. Our little Mazda 2 was booked for the serpentine belt to be replaced, as well as the front brake pads. I asked for the $275 service as it seemed like the best time to have this done, and I wanted our car to have at least one factory service whilst we own it. We saved for months to afford this. Yes, the oil was changed, I don't know if all the other checks on the template invoice were done, as there is no report or comment from the (technician) who completed the work. No wash or vacuum was performed either (a service listed in the template invoice). I used Toyota factory servicing on a previous car I owned, and they were great. These guys, not so much. Maybe better to support a local workshop next time.
