My son is 15 months old and she didn’t rush, helped with my bag, didn’t pressure him when he got upset and overall it was a wonderful experience. Maybe ask for Lynne if you make an appointment?”

We went in thinking one thing, but were quickly rushed in where 3 drs and 5 nurses worked so quickly to help our little boy start to breathe again. I know that’s your job, but he is our life, and we can’t thank you enough ❤️ once in recovery, Erica, a nurse in the Rangitira ward was so accommodating and caring and natural, that it made our stressful time there easy. “I have been attending this dentist for over ten years. The service is excellent in every respect. My dentist, Christine Johnson is friendly, communicates well and makes me comfortable during dental procedures. I feel I am treated like a human being not like an object in a dentist chair. Communication throughout treatment are excellent. I am kept aware of costs through accurate quotes and options. On occasions the work has been done under what was initially quoted. The dental hygienists are friendly, competent and attend to my comfort during dental cleaning. During my last appointment I treated by Annalise Wood. She proved to be an excellent communicator, very important to me as I am profoundly deaf, have a cochlear implant and being in a dentist’s chair presents unusually difficult communication problems. The practice makes time available at short notice when a dental problem arises, and I have been able to get an appointment at short notice on a couple of occasions. When early for one of these I was given a biscuit and a cup of coffee. I am interested in technology. The practice keeps up to date with technology and are well informed about current best procedures in dentistry. In addition to the usual x ray equipment, they have a state-of-the-art binocular microscope, 3D printer and a scanner all of which have been used to my advantage while undergoing dental treatment.”

“Hanan has been a lifesaver for me! I had been struggling with foot pain for 6 months, had an MRI, X-rays, seen a number of Specialists and was even told I needed surgery but then a friend recommended Hanan to me. I made an appointment and immediately felt listened to and understood and came away with a number of rehab options to try to see which were the best for me and my injury. We trialled them over the course of 3 appointments and I have continued myself with the most effective.
