   As someone who’s mother is extremely picky about dentists when it comes to her dental treatment, she received one of the best quality of care and walked out happy wanting to return to the practice for her future dental care. Dr Tristan is an amazing dentist. The staff from practice managers, receptionists and DA’s all work so well collaboratively to take care of patients. Fantastic team. Highly recommend.

   I highly recommend Tristan and the whole team at Hobsonville Point Dental. They are professional in eveything they do, and keep you informed every step of the way as to what they are doing. Every person who works there does their best to make you feel relaxed and comfortable, and you feel like they really care about you and your teeth. I am extremely happy with every visit I have had, from simple checkups to more complicated dental procedures.

   I had a wisdom tooth removed by Tristan and the whole process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and the appointment went smoothly from start to finish. The extraction took only a few minutes and I did not feel any pain. My recovery has been simple with no problems. I am really happy with the experience and would recommend the team here.

   Highly recommend. First-time patient and attended two appts in the last two weeks. The first appt was for a check-up/quote (I received a cheaper quote than another clinic), and the second was for a root canal. Compared to other dental clinics I’ve experienced, Hobsonville Dental Points' operations and procedures are efficient and professional. Also, using the latest dental equipment/tech. In addition, you don't have to arrive and fill out a bunch of paperwork; the online booking portal is simple, and you complete fast, easy online forms (for first-time patients) The staff are flipping fantastic; I dealt with Katherine Fowler (Dentist), Cerys Lewis (Dental Assistant) and Kylee Smith (Practice Manager), and each had sincere friendliness, excellent rapport and professionalism. When undergoing treatment (root canal), Katherine and Cerys ensured I settled in well and asked if I wanted to watch tv (Netflix or Disney). Furthermore, they explained every step throughout the procedure to help me feel comfortable and stay informed (which I loved), all the while checking in often to see how I was feeling. Undoubtedly, I received quality Dental Care from a team who clearly takes pride in their work and loves what they do. Highly recommended for adults or children with anxiety about dentistry and those seeking a quality dental job done with genuine customer service (a rare find these days) and practice so clean you could lick the walls.

   Best Dental experience I have had! I have huge anxiety with dental work due to past experiences. Onnara has been super lovely and very accepting of this, helping me through my rather large treatment plan and giving me all the time I needed to calmly get through it, always listening to how I was feeling. She made me feel comfortable to stop if I needed to and encouraged me to continue through when needed. I moved out of town and now travel 2.5hrs to keep this as my dentist, could not rate the team higher. Booking has always been a breeze even when I had to re-schedule.

   I was disappointed that we could not create a plan that was suitable. It seems there is a lack of awareness of subsidized services, so I was quoted work that I can get subsidized, and when I pointed it out nothing was arranged. I also felt uncomfortable during the x-ray, told to rest my chin on the thing when I was and then attempting to move could have hurt me because the thing to hold the chin by the teeth was in place. I would expect dentists to have awareness of subsidized services and be able to plan properly and avoid unnecessary costs. I do not feel confident about the service to return. Basically, our quote appointment was wasted time. And when using the x-ray, get the patient in position first BEFORE securing the position with the holder. 50% of New Zealanders share about 6% of net wealth, 2.2% are homeless. Many are struggling with costs. I think it is a basic consideration when planning treatment and avoiding unnecessary costs to the patient.
