Dr. Kelley is very kind, patient, and meticulous. Her assistant can even translate for me in Chinese, which helped a lot since I am not familiar with dental terminology. They were both extremely patient and explained everything clearly.
I highly recommend Shelby Parr! I had my first appointment with the dental hygienist today and couldn’t be more impressed. I was a bit nervous going in, but they immediately put me at ease with their calm and friendly communication. What really stood out was how clearly they explained every step of the process — including what each tool was for and how it would feel. Instead of rushing through, they took the time to check in with me, explain the purpose of each instrument, and make sure I was comfortable before continuing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the whole experience far less intimidating than I expected.If you’re someone who gets nervous at the dentist or it’s your first time, I can’t recommend them enough. Exceptional service from start to finish! Because of this service I have decided to come back to have my dental check in too!

Hard to find a good dentist. I had very bad experience with Kaendra Naidoo. He couldn't diagnosed right my problem with teeth. After his service, I got operation at Middlemore Hospital and lost 4 teeth because of inflammation. I would never recommend him to anyone
I had a very sudden and severe toothache and i tried my dentist who was too busy to see me. I called they these guys saw me in 30 mins and told me my wisdom tooth needed toc ome out. I panicked as expected but they said they can do it right away and it will be all good. I was incredibly surprised with them and the service was fantastic. I was out in 45 mins and no pain and no issues following. Took my kids there for their checkup and they came home smiling. Well worth the call.
I thought I had found the right place to discuss options for improving my terrible teeth until I contacted Auckland Family Dental (Milford). Right from my first contact with Nick through to discussions with Dr Grace and then Emily (Dental Technician) I was amazed with their efficiency, professionalism, knowledge and support. I now have a significantly improved smile. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The staff were very attentive, friendly and informative and I felt understood and that my options were explained very well. I appreciated the time spent to make sure my gum was sufficiently numbed and the procedure was painless and quick. I will not only return for regular checkups but have recommended the practice to my friends and family based on my visit.
I didn't get to rinse my mouth out during my visit. Day 1 post surgery the one stitch I have has half fallen out and is now a long string irritating me/tempting me to play with it.. Otherwise honestly the BEST dentist visit I've gone to, and I've been up more than my fair share of emergency appts! So gentle, kept me informed, extremely financially aware for their consumers.. just really awesome work! I had 3 infected extractions required and had been avoiding getting them fixed (highly don't recommend doing that). I booked online at 11am for the same day 2pm and the teeth were out by 4pm. Literally a life saver They called literally a few hours after I posted this to clarify and confirm. Love that speed to answer
