I’ve always had a huge fear of the dentist and usually avoid at all cost especially with traumatic past experiences with other dentistry… until I came to Massey Smiles. Miriam and her team as well as the lovely receptionist are the absolute BEST! Miriam talked me through the whole procedure and always made sure if I was ok which put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable. Glad I finally found a dentist with 10/10 service
Incredible team. I have had or been a support person in appointments with both Dr Andrea and Dr Mariam and they are both incredibly caring and strong clear communicators. They have made a very anxious and reluctant family member of mine feel much more comfortable and actually accept treatment. They put the wellbeing and experience of the patient first, and referred to a specialist which has led to the best outcome. For me, I've gone from being nervous after bad previous experiences at other clinics, to being completely comfortable coming in. It feels much more like talking to a friend, no scary or judgemental dentists here. Exams and cleaning have been really straightforward and everything was explained to me clearly. The team are patient and make sure to keep things as comfortable and pain free as possible. They work really well together to make the appointment go smoothly and everyone seems really knowledgeable. All costs are reasonable and explained up front. If any additional dental work is needed, they will talk to you to come up with a plan, including options if cost is a concern. I know I can trust the team to only recommend treatment that is truly needed, they aren't there for a sales pitch. It's great to have Southern Cross easy claim available too. The team are all kind, empathetic and non judgemental. It's really clear that everyone takes pride in their work and are real professionals. Shirley and Carly have great systems in place with reception and admin including appointment reminders so you don't have to worry about forgetting your appointment! Scheduling or rescheduling is also super easy. The clinic is spotless, modern and calming, I love that I can look up and see an image of sky and trees while in the chair. Also worth noting I've never had to wait long for my appointment, even when arriving early, the practice is run really well. I have also never had trouble booking an appointment at a suitable time for me. Best experience of any dental or medical-related appointment I've ever had.
The best dentist I've had! Staff are warm, friendly and professional, always accommodating. Andrea and her team of dentists are definitely a notch above most other dentists. They take pride in their work, use modern equipment and do amazing work!! The rooms are pristine and your comfort is guaranteed. Massey Smiles is highly recommended!
I can highly recommend Massey Smiles, Andrea is so patient and performed my tooth extraction, with my anxiety around visiting the dentist Andrea made my appointment so much easier. I was explained everything during and before and even after my procedure. I can honestly say that this Dentist is top notch. First time I have been here and I will be coming back for further work. Rebecca and her team are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially with some one who is fearful of the dentist and needles she is very accomodating and soothing, understood my needs. Great service and results highly recommend.
