    not good clinic for children as from my experiences the discrimination and take things personal is concerning.They not focus on the children well being but more on their personal comfort and mood.I will rather let my kid have a paid more friendly and professional dentist not free and bad experiences.I think the goverment should look into this for what they really spent on for well being of the children.

    This is the first negative review I’ve ever written in my 30+ yearsβ€”I’m truly frustrated with this dental clinic. I booked three appointments, all rescheduled due to the dentist being sick, which is unacceptable for three times in a row. I asked for proof of the dentist’s sick leave (required in the public healthcare system) but they refused to show it; I suspect someone cut in line, though I have no evidence. Their attitude was also terrible. I let it go once we finally got the third appointment, but the dentist and assistant were extremely impatient. My young child had to keep dental cleaning water in their mouth (not allowed to spit) while the assistant was careless with the suction tool, leaving the child uncomfortable. When I gave my child a tissue to spit, they got angry. The dentist accidentally touched the child’s throat, making them cough, and reacted with great impatience. Not all staff are badβ€”we had a kind young dentist for a previous check-upβ€”but this dentist and older assistant have zero patience or compassion for kids. I’ll never return and hope no one else has to deal with them.

    I have never come across such rude front line staff. No manners whatsoever!!! When confirming my childs appointment and just asking to confirm the address of clinic DOES NOT mean I want you to pick up my child for her appointment. Its people like you that ruin the reputation of the clinic!

    We had such a great experience with this dentist. All the staff we spoke to were lovely. Fern was amazing and took great care checking my 8 year olds teeth. Also provided us with great advice and answered any questions I had. Thank you!!

    Just took my two kids here---each needed a filling. The staff were super kind and had a great bed-side manner with both kids, helping them navigate the process with a minimum of fear and discomfort. Thank you!

    I have a conflicting reason for 2 stars. Just like the post below me, I encountered the same horrible rude female dentist as well. She was rude, cut off my sentence, impatient and was trying to rush to get things done and over with. Around late 40s-early 50s, Caucasian lady with medium brown hair. Absolutely horrible experience. PARENTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! On the other hand... I rated this 2 instead of 1 star was because we were so fortunate to encounter a LOVELY friendly dentist. Her name is Debbie. I HIGHLY recommend you book with her. She was like an angel while the other dentist was like the devil. Debbie was super friendly, polite and patient with my child. She explained what she was going to do and she gave us a calm soothing environment.

    The worst experience of my life and that of my daughter, the most unfriendly staff, so bored and in a hurry to finish, without giving information, answers only with laughter and ironically, without any result and no future plan for a child for 5 years who have dental pain... I stayed 15 minutes after calming down my child, she was simply traumatized by the behavior of this dentist, she told the girl that "you have enough crying" everything done in a hurry, they were scheduled only for control, anything another problem "let's see if it will be needed ..." "what to do with them ... as if I was working with them and I should have told them ?!" , without any concrete control, without any treatment ... simply a waste of time and a trauma for my child.
