   I visited Specsavers Mt Wellington last Saturday and had a wonderful experience. All the staff were friendly, but I especially want to thank Helen for her excellent customer service and professionalism. As it was my first time using progressive lenses, she gave me a clear and detailed explanation, and recommended the right grade for my needs. Her guidance made me feel confident and comfortable with my choice. I left the store very satisfied and would highly recommend this branch.

   Helen is super friendly and so knowledgeable! I went there today for an eye test whether my eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses or not. I got such helpful advice from Helen and will come back again to see which contact lenses suit my eyes the best! Highly recommend this place. All the other staffs were friendly too.

   What an exceptional experience in customer service. I went about 2 weeks ago for an eye test which Tia took the pics and Kevin went through with me and he picked up something only I knew so absolutely impressed then told me what to do to help with that issue wow talk about going the extra mile so impressed. I bought frames which Jess was able to help me with, sorted the lenses and transition as well. I returned today and was assisted by the wonderful Fabian who went out of his way to help me with my frames and gave me such detailed information about care etc. Thank you so much for the outstanding brilliant service by all staff.

   First went into Specsavers Optometrist - Mount Wellington Lunn Ave on Sunday 02/07/23 & was immediately greeted by the lovely & professional Tia. She was so patient & non judgemental & assisted my husband with his pre eye tests before he went to see Kevin the optometrist. Kevin was great, kind & very thorough. We went back today Sunday 09/07/23 & again the Beautiful Tia was there to greet us. She was prompt & assisted us both with deciding the right frames & sizes. She really went above & beyond helping us out with her suggestions & amazing customer service. She was professional at all times. Tia, we really appreciate the great work you do. Keep it up. Wishing you all the success in the future. Thank you both Tia & Kevin! Can’t wait to pick up hubby’s glasses.
