   Dr. Wendy is very attentive and will patiently explain the patient's dental condition. She will also give different opinions based on the patient's different conditions. She is also very considerate during the treatment process and keeps asking the patient if they have any discomfort. Finally, she will ask the patient if they have any questions, and they are welcome to ask at any time. Before leaving the clinic, the dentist also very considerately provided products suitable for the patient's current use. The dental assistant was also very polite and professional in answering questions at checkout. This is my first experience seeing a dentist in New Zealand, and I highly recommend Dr. Wendy.

   Highly recommend teeth whitening by Dr Celin. She did a great job. She is super friendly and lovely. Constantly checked on me to make sure I’m fine during the process. Really happy with the results. My teeth are super white and look amazing. I’ll come back next year.

   I went to the Northcote Clinic about 4 months ago and have been seen by Dr Georgy. I had to have deep cleaning and crown for my tooth. Dr Georgy communicated with me very clearly and was very professional. He also took into consideration all my medical history. All was done within the time frame agreed and at the price agreed. Fantastic service, highly recommended

   I have been seen by Dr Georgy for about 3 months now. He made a very clear plan for me including deep cleaning, tooth extraction, fillings and new bridges. Dr Georgy was very professional and easy to deal with and made sure I was clear on what is happening all the time which made me feel more comfortable. The price was very reasonable and I always knew what to expect. Thank you for the fantastic service provided.

   I have been to Northmed Dental and dealt with doc Georgy. Really nice, caring, kind and professional. My case was hard but Dr Georgy didn't put me under stress at all and have the whole process done nice and smooth, also follow up with me almost everyday untill he is quite sure that everything come back to normal.    Like many people I don't like dentists. I had a bad experience when I was younger and that put me right off going to any dentist for a long time. About two months ago I needed a sudden Root Canal. Using good old Google I found the team at Northmed Dental. I read a fair few of the reviews and noticed how each person had their own bad experiences in the past and how great the staff are at Northmed Dental so I decided to give them a go. I am so happy I did. When I called, Rachel was able to get me in later that day for an exam and then get a second appointment the day after to take care of the pain I was in. I am sure all of the team at Northmed are amazing but I can say with all honesty I am really grateful that I got Dr Michael Georgy as my dentist. Most of the time Michael had Sophie helping out (Sophie is automatically a favourite in my book as a fellow lefty!). They addressed any concerns I had and were always up for some chit chat which for me helped calm my nerves. The pricing is really transparent and the plan created provides the exact cost up front for all the recommended work. I know Michael took extra time when needed to make sure the job was done right even on those late Friday night appointments, which I really appreciate! I also came across a first at Northmed with roof mounted TVs! I wondered how effective something like that would be when I started and trust me when I say it's a really good distraction even if your like me and a bit of a chicken! I have had a bit of work done to get my teeth back up to scratch with my root canal, the fillings and the advanced hygiene clean. Through the help of Dr Michael Georgy and the team I am on the other side much happier than when I first walked in. I ALMOST look forward to seeing you for my next hygiene clean. I would also like to also say that through seeing how well I was treated at Northmed by Michael over the last few months my mum who is petrified of the dentist has started to use the team as well and she has had nothing but positive things to say. That makes me more happy than my own experience so thanks to AJ and Michael Georgy for making her feel so at ease, I can't wait to see her smile.
