“Had the loveliest service when we popped in with a bunch of children today - one of the staff generously offering us all plenty of things to taste, and even opening a packet of chocolates for our kids to try. The prices on some items were so great, and we walked out with a delicious haul - the service and the pastries were excellent!”
“Our second time at Apero in ten days, and both times were terrific. The food is imaginative and beautifully presented. The service is so good - a really friendly host takes you through the menu and the wine list in a very charming way, and you feel very welcome, appreciated and well cared for. All the dishes were excellent, and especially good - the potato dauphine and the strawberry soufflé. Oh, and the very good bread and butter! That something so simple can be so well done just shows what a tip top kitchen is at work!”
“Caddell went above and beyond today. Courteous, friendly and was quick to find alternative sizes. Cheers my bro!”
“A very nice place for all your wines, spirits and beer. They even do cheese n stuff, thats goes with wine.”
“Convenient place to stop, reasonably priced & the guys working there are always friendly, helpful & accommodating. A couple of times I’ve phoned near closing time & they’ve kept the store open until I’ve gotten there so I don’t miss out!”

“Awesome liquor store with lotsof good variety”
“I popped into the Albany Liquorland store last week to buy a non-alcoholic Aperol drink I had been unable to source anywhere else. Apparently very popular at the moment. I was served by Jordayne and she was FANTASTIC. There were supposed to be three bottles put aside for me, but there was a mix up and only one was available. I had driven all the way from Gulf Harbour, so was a tad disappointed. Jordayne quickly went about and ordered what I wanted from another Liquorland Store and in her own time personally delivered them to me at my home (a good 40 minute drive from the store) a couple of days later. That is what I call great service, going above and beyond. Not much of it about these days sadly. Thank you Jordayne. You are a gem and I wish you well. Kind regards Sue Evans.”
“With motion-activated sliding doors, electrical lighting, and a smooth floor suitable for trolleys, this has become one of my top 100 supermarkets.”
“Friendly staff clean store great location”
“Good nice friendly service good place for lotto tickets good outcomes”
“I love this store. Very clean, tidy shelving, easy to find items. The isles are quite wide for a small store, so no one bumps into each other. Produce is fresh. Meat selection is good. It has this really calming feel for simmering so stressful for me as grocery shopping.”
“Good quality food with really friendly services. Good store size. Heaps of parking and right by the motorway exit. Good values too when on specials. Recommending a visit if you have been.”
“Love this store! Customer service is always phenomenal to go along with their wide arrange of choices. The lovely old lady is seriously funny”
“I went to Caffe E Cucina for a tinder date (which went pretty well, I think she likes me!) for lunch, and had a great time. We ordered different kinda small plates from the prima section of the menu and shared those which worked well as we weren't super hungry. The service was good, and prices not toooo bad. The food was definitely the highlight (after the company) with everything cooked to perfection. Seared tuna blew my mind.”
“Such sweethearts, they allowed us to exchange our beer for cans (festivals). And they offered us sweets. Would definitely recommend. Thanks”
“Good selection. Always a car park out front and handy to the main road on the way through Riverhead”
“New World is a reliable supermarket with a great balance of quality and variety. The fresh produce is always appealing and well stocked, and the bakery section has some delicious options. I appreciate the friendly staff who are helpful and make shopping easier. The store layout is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to find what you need quickly. Prices are reasonable, and the weekly specials often include good deals on essentials. Overall, a solid choice for your regular grocery shop.”
“Good experience today. Bought bagels last night and got home to find a small spot of mould even though they were perfectly in date. Took them back today no receipt but could tell them what time I purchased, I assume they checked cctv/logs, but they replaced with no drama and even gave me a second batch free. Well done New World”
