   Great store if you just want to pop in and get a few specialty items but they don’t sell the full range of products they do at the supermarket and the things are more expensive. Good for supporting local suppliers if you don’t mind the price. the ready made meals are average. But I love how they always give samples out.

   Disappointed that the staff could not find my card with my phone number in their system while the Grey Lynn store never has an issue regarding that. Ended up paying more than expected and could not get my points on my card for a $ 350 total of groceries that day... shame.

   Really like Farro. Expensive but fresh. Could do with more ready-made gourmet meals that can be heated up in a microwave. Also bigger selection bakery. Overall satisfaction 5* OK have to re edit as I went in the other day and felt bullied into using my credit. I said no I want to keep it but she wouldn't take no for a answer. Please Farro put on receipt when credit expires.

   One of the smaller shop with a limited number of car park; however, the variety of the items in stock are on par with their larger stores. Staff members are friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The also have very good quality of fresh produce.
