   Wouldn’t sell my partner alcohol because her ID (legitimate drivers licence) is slightly cracked, even though all her details are clearly shown and the crack is barely visible. Then refused to sell her NON ALCOHOLIC wine as well, which by law can be sold to anyone as it’s not alcohol. What shocking service at an already poorly managed supermarket chain. Shame on you.

   has a great variety but the place has gone downhill drastically over the last couple of years. the cheese and charcuterie is all pre packaged now with no pricing on packaging. the only price information was a mass of stickers on the back of the cooler units, almost impossible to find out price of anything. i asked an assistant how much and she gestured towards the mass of stickers and walked off, just lazy service for a supposedly high end store. I walked out without purchasing anything, nit a good experience

   Higher end grocery shopping. However, the quality is here. And I love it. It's the only place near me that sells beef jus, which is a niche thing I like. Always walk out with something I didn't intend to buy, but the variety of products you never rarely see in other supermarkets keeps me interested. - The commander mince pie 8.2/10 Bigger than your standard pie, tick all the boxes terms of what makes a pie decent, however not as much filling as I expected, considering it was $13.

   Meat and cheese/deli options here are excellent and some of it is no more expensive than other supermarkets even pak n save. The quality of the fresh meat is way better too. Butchery staff are very helpful too. Other items are a fair bit more expensive than other places for the exact same thing but you do pay for convenience. Always plenty of parking spaces and the store is never crowded.

   It was my first time visiting today and I cannot speak more highly of the customer service and the quality of food The butcher was extremely helpful telling me the different types of meat as I have a site impairment and it was the most pleasurable shopping experience I have had in such a long time with many specialty items and some amazing pre-cooked meals definitely worth a stop bye A++
