He gave me a decent price for a new tyre and pump, and he put it on in no time, then he helped secure a loose brake cable. Also, they didn't mind my small dog waiting in the store, which is always nice.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff, always greeting us when we walk in and chatting to the kids. Very helpful and have a wide range of products in store. We have purchased all our kids scooters from here along with helmets. We also purchased our two older sons bikes from Evo cycles and were disappointed that it didn’t receive a free service, they said their best deal would be $199 for 3 services. MyRide however when buying my daughters bike at the same time, have advised that we get a free service at 6 weeks, 12weeks and 6months. So if your anything like me and suck at servicing your own bike, MyRide is the place to go! Highly recommended to everyone.”

I arrived at the store end of last month with a broken rim and even though they were fully booked for repairs, they found a way to order a new wheel and repair my bike in a couple of days. I had an issue with a pair of boots purchased from another Macpac (Taupo) and while they were less than helpful with the issue, Liv scooped it up and fully resolved it for me when it was really not their issue. I was blown away by the willingness to help and ongoing care to get the issue resolved. Highly recommend.”

“Yesterday I come in with a list of items I needed for Christmas. I was a bit embarrassed as the list was longg but Jesse, the goat, helped me find everything! From a controller, games (both new and pre-owned), figurines - He helped me find *everything*, I was so so grateful!! He was multitasking the entire time as well, helping other customers with gift recommendations and popping to the back to check if items were in stock. Insane level of customer service. Despite taking up nearly half an hour of his time, he also made sure all the discounts were added and matched the online prices. Bro deserves a raise, keys to the city and an all expense paid trip for the holidays. “Some time ago I brought in my puffer jacket to be mended after it got ripped when I was knocked to the ground in a car accident (thankful for a quality jacket that helped cushion my fall). The staff were really lovely and the team in Chch who did the repair did a wonderful job, and charged a very reasonable fee. Love my jacket, it keeps me super warm even on the coldest winter days and it’s lasted for years. Thanks heaps ☺️”
