    Spent over 200$ in first 2 orders, but last order i was charged with shipping, replied back, never heard from them. I have since used local shops, and will not use this company again. Why not 1star, is due to a fact that products are ok.

The equipment was so good that I placed several more orders for more items, and I am thrilled with all the equipment.     I placed an order on the 8th of July, 14 ago. I received a system-generated receipt but no further communication. I emailed them a couple of days asking about the status of my order. The order status was changed to completed a day later, but no one responded to my email. I don't know if it has been shipped and if it has what the tracking number and ETA is. I've been checking my spam folder regularly, and there's nothing in there - none of the system generated emails have been blocked. Terrible customer service. People tend to be tolerant of delays if there is good communication. But it's been complete radio silence from NZ Fitness Gear. I don't even know if they intend to fill my order or if they've just pocketed the money. If I don't hear from them soon, I'll reverse the payment and visit their Wellington shop when I'm up there in a few weeks. Come on, guys... It takes 30 seconds to fire off a quick email. Not hard. UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 3 starts after the retailer finally replied to my emails. The goods have just arrived also. If they had contacted me to advise of the delay and/or replied to my emails then we could avoid all this unpleasantness.
