Excellent service. Delivered within given timeframe. Fast, efficient, professional and friendly service. I literally did nothing. The drivers skills were pretty impressive given my narrow driveway. Aaron gave me clear instructions on use of treadmill. Super easy to operate. A guide was also sent via email. Great quality equipment and perfect for desired use. Affordable pricing which was what attracted me to this business. I just have to make weekly instalments which I find convenient. There’s also the option to purchase which is great. I had bought a treadmill from these guys a long time ago - its still going strong but had noticed a slight sticking on the belt. They came out to give it a it of TLC. They told me I bought it 12 years ago. Customer service was awesome - when this one finally gives up the ghost I will repurchase from these guys.
Did initially put 1 star review as id waited a fair while for a treadmill to become available but hadn't had regular updates on it but since then they've done a 180.. some owners lash out because of reviews but John apologised for delay etc something i was surprised to see but respect too. Then said one came back in to stock and i can take it! I havent done anything further since last week because of work commitments but its saved me a job... and ive updated my review to 5 stars. Thanks John for your perseverance and your help, i appreciate it.
Small showroom but had exactly what we wanted for a great price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We rented first then decided to buy. Easy as.
Great way to test fitness equipment before having to out lay big money is to rent it first. Short or long term rent, if you end up loving the item you can then buy it (interest free!) and your rental payments go against the purchase price (based on pro rata of how long you have had it). No brainer if you want to exercise safely at home in these unusual and challenging times! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Be careful when you are going to deal with these guys - We have agreed on return date and it was also mentioned in the contract. But they didn't pick up and we thought they might going to take it back in few days. When I came back from Auckland it was still there and they continue charging us when I looked into the account. After contacting them they refused to refund the amount.
