“Anyone who asks for the best Peking duck in Wellington, this is where you come! They have the best chef from Beijing and you get so much meat! You can choose "one way", 2 ways (Peking duck with noodle stir fry) or 3 ways (duck bone soup) basically just use the rest of the duck and not wasting them. We got the 3 ways and the soup is nice and refreshing, noodles we could live without but it's fine. Bonus is their cold dish mung bean noodles is the best I've ever had and love their stir fried eggplant with mince stuffing.”

“It's a huge outdoor playground with an older kids area, younger kid locked and fenced area, and an accessible toilet. The facilities are well maintained and all functional. The toilet and the playground are clean and tidy. There's ample free off street parking right at the entrance of the park.”

“Pop in there awhile ago with some family members for dinner, out of the five of us I was the only vegetarian, I was very happy with the selection of meals I had to choose from, my meal was very tasty and great, I know the rest of my family were very happy with their meals, The staff were great and friendly and were very helpful with any questions you may have when you are having trouble ordering, their prices are good you really get your money wroth here, they do sell liquor here but it’s also BYO but if I remember correctly it’s little charge for being your own, overall it was awesome night, it’s awesome to have such a great Restaurant in the heart of Newtown!! “I use the delivery option...the personal shoppers are always very good at substituting items that are out of stock and also when there's free samples, they're good at making judgements and choosing based on the rest of my shopping. The delivery people are very nice too, my dog yells at them but they calm her down by chatting to her through the door. Using the delivery saver is cheaper than it would be for me to travel there and I don't have to carry anything up/down stairs or hills”

“New World is very close to my house and the best place to go shopping to. It has food for years, has food for anything you’re looking to get. They have a good service, very easy shopping with the staff and clearly marked aisles. They have kind chatty staff and the staff can easily help you find what you’re looking for. They never run out of stock, so if what you’re looking for isn’t there, ask staff to get it. New World is definitely one of the greatest shopping markets in NZ.”

“This is the best Chinese restaurant we have ever been too. The waiter was lovely and helped us choose some foods that we were undecided about. Very good prices on the meals and just the food quality is amazing. We got the crab and prawns in a chilli sauce and it was some of the best seafood we’ve ever had. We ended up going twice on our 4 day trip because of how good it is”

“The BEST chinese we have had in a very long time. Very authentic and yummy! Good size portions, amazing service from staff who were happy to chat and engage in conversation and a few laughs. Even went out of their way to make a special honey chicken dish which wasn't on the menu. Alcohol prices were also very good and not over priced. Had a beautiful dinner and who ABSOLUTELY recommend!!”

“Absolutely amazing! Emailed a couple of questions before coming and the replies were very quick and helpful. Service was amazing. The food, MY GOD THE FOOD, by far the best lamb dish I've had in wellington. Comes with these onions in a sauce that is just devine. 10/10 will be back again. An amazing experience especially for groups. Also as a note the salad at the start, idk what dressing is on it. But it's amazing !!!!”

Ash settled our bill at the end accurately to our satisfaction so we were very happy with our experience at Khandallah Trading company. The place is highly recommend.”

“Good family meal, something for everyone. Loved the pork chops and mash, two for one nachos were a popular option, and lamb shank was great. Order and pay at the bar was handy as we had a table of two groups. Also have a good seperate gluten free menu with was needed on this occasion.”
