Had a temporary I'd whilst was in progress. With photo of original and alternative I'd and the lady refused a sale after not greeting me at the beginning and staying sat down. Asain woman. Very rude . Went to a different store got sorted won't be back

This Discount tobacco store is one of the better ones I have been into, they are very friendly and helpful Apart from the tobacco they sell which are very good prices. They sell a lot of other stuff which are very cool. They sell a lot of cool stock. You can some cool things in this shop.

Very very poor customer service. Me and my flatmates was regular customers of this shop. I bought airscream pod stick for like 3 times and still getting complaint. They are not ready to replace, instead saying give you discount price. I asked to talk to manager and dhe said she us very busy. All i can say loosing so many valuable customers.
