“I have been so lucky to have the team at Upper Hutt Vets looking after both my dog Shade and myself. Shade has had a number of health issues since I got him and he’s had to have multiple surgeries and trips to Massey. The team at Upper Hutt Vets has always been so caring and so devoted to looking after Shade and doing the absolute best thing for him. Even when he’s been at Massey I have had calls from the vets and from the vet nurses checking in and following up with me to see how things are going. Shade can be a little be anxious when it comes to being handled by anyone that’s not me. The team have worked really hard to get Shade comfortable and have been so accommodating in figuring out the best way to treat Shade without conflict. I feel so lucky and grateful that we found such amazing caring people to help us through incredibly difficult times.”

“Ordered via Uber eats. Usually when eating from here we get takeaway and it’s always been really good. Nice food, and quick. We often get the pad Thai, basil chicken, satay chicken, roti and prawn spring rolls. Would recommend”

“The PetVet team were excellent and helpful when my cat was unwell and could not get her in anywhere over the long weekend. The Vet Nurse on the phone helped chat me through the issue and provided me with excellent advice until I could get in with a vet. Dr Amos Manktelow, the vet we saw was fantastic, he was very kind and friendly and great with my shy cat. Thanks team!”

“What an outstanding place to stay. We have arrived from Whakatāne, to find a clean,well resourced, comfortable unit, perfect for us. Even room inside for the bikes. Stoked with this place, and immediately across the road from the train station.”

“Very first time coming here, it was a busy night and the staff were extremely busy. The service was good for the fact there was only 2 of them serving. The food was amazing. We got a set menu for 2 soooo much food!! Such a lovely variety and was so yum! The soup was sooo yum could have had way more of that. The wontons and spring rolls were amazing. Loved the way the noodles come shaped like a bowl! Soo cool! The sweet and sour pork was so yum. Combination fried rice was soo good too. Not a huge fan of black bean but my partner enjoyed that. Had heaps of leftovers for dinner the next night. Will be back ❤️”
