   Superb location for Upper hutt. Won't go anywhere else. After being cancelled on last minute we scrambled to find somewhere suitable for our plans. We settled on Bristol and my oh my, believe me when we say it, the service is second to none. Superb rooms with workmanship that shows, rooms pre heated, absolutely so accomodating. A family run business by a lovely couple who went over and beyond to our requirements. Helen was a superstar and we thank her so much, we will definitely be back for any accomodation stays when we next visit the hutt which will be soon! 20/10 am not going anywhere else.

   This motel is in a great location. Its also nice and quiet and handy to everything we needed. On the night we stayed it was a heavy frost and the room was not warm enough so I asked for another heater and was given one thankfully otherwise we would have froze. I really needed wifi but it wasn't going on the first day. I told the owners and they said they'd get someone to look into it the next day. No apologies. The next day no wifi and no update on when it would be on so I gave up. Pretty disappointed. An apology and info on what was going on would have been great.

   This is a well location-based motel but rooms are very small, awesome cleanliness an quite as well as modern an warm. All good for a quick over night but not a week long stay

   We stayed One night in an executive studio room. On check in Helen was welcoming and efficient. She showed us to our unit without fuss explaining how to switch on heating and tips to heat up the room quickly. Fresh milk was supplied to make our ‘cuppa’. Our room was spotlessly clean and recently refurbished with very large tiled shower, new vanity and new toilet suite. We found the beds very comfy with lovely quality bedding. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you to the management and staff for making our stay enjoyable.

   Just arrived & My company booked accommodation for me. being upper hut didn't have my expectations too high . but blown away how nice it is clean comfortable bed will definitely be telling company book me here again .

   Couldn't speak more highly of this establishment. Don't let the fact it is cheap put you off. This place was awesome. It was cleaned perfectly and well equipped even including sky TV. The shower was awesome with good temp and pressure. My family fell ill as we arrived and the owner? made us a lovely fruit salad which helped pick us right back up. We enjoyed our stay and now wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we are in the area. Thank you so much :)
